Legal:  Brochure On Demand®  On Demand Brochures of CD production by Market World® (Market World, Inc) produced for clients are for defined purposes only as represented by description.  Submissions of content for inclusion are responsible to declare that all submissions are free of copyright restrictions for duplication.   Clients retain all copyright control over content.   Market World, Inc. shall grant license for duplication by site location.   Multiple site location licenses are available.  CD Brochures have no limit to the number of duplications.

The words "Brochure On Demand" are used as registered trademark under 2465291 of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office under Class 41 Publishing. Usage of the words by businesses to identify their product or services relating to printing or publication other than authorized by Market World, Inc. is prohibited.  Infringement notice: Violations of trademark usage shall not be less than $100.00 per day per infringement of identity in U.S. dollars.   Exceptions: Usage of a registered trademark, when not associated with commercial gain (example: title of a chapter of a book, or label of a TV program) where the usage is not used in advertising or economic gain for the user, is exempted from this minimum fee notice.   This does not pre-exempt the users from applying for usage permission from Market World, Inc.   Trademarks and copyrights of under management of  assignees, shall maintain their respective rights unless so contracted for trademark and copyright identity with Market World, Inc.  

All production is in compiled form.  No attempts to de-compile, or use components, or duplicate as a service bureau is permitted.  The license is revoked on any violation of this or future notices, or by statues of local, state, or federal law.

Components of the software are under license from Microsoft to Market World, Inc. and are the property of Microsoft Corporation.  Brand names of "Access" and "Excel" when used on website or distributed copies are property of Microsoft Corporation.

Errors and omissions of content submitted for inclusion on any CD or print publication are to be brought to the attention of Market World, Inc. within 14 days of postmark of delivery of product.  Market World, Inc. under services of Brochure On Demand®, will update and replace media.   In the event of contracted services that uses client content to create the content included in any production, Market World, Inc., is only liable for the correction of the content and shall not be liable for any promotion or advertisement so included.   A public announcement for retraction of any content or offer that is in error may be announced on the DetailsFrom.Us website.  DetailsFrom.Us is referenced from the Brochure On Demand® website and literature.  The notice address is as given below.

Taxes are the responsibility of the client that duplicates the Brochure On Demand® product.  Taxes on the consumable structures of the CD, Labels, Packaging Materials, have been paid by Market World, Inc. to the state of Kansas.   The price quoted is for service fee and postage within the USA unless specifically stated elsewhere.    Additional postage fee is required for international shipping.

Shipping internationally is under USA law as defined by national code.  Market World, Inc. provides export documentation directly with with the US government and all exports to any country is so governed by the updated policies given by the government.

The client may elect to offer, and on approval from Market World®, may have the  publishing audio content published on Radio Publisher™ as defined below.

Membership in Good Morning Kansas® is not required for contracted clients of businesses for Brochure On Demand® for this service product.  All other commercial applications for enactment of a Service Bureau to produce or distribute CD productions shall apply as indicated following.

Market World, Inc. does not warrant any program content presented by Radio Publisher™ for any specific application.   Action taken on behalf of any listener to any Audio Magazine suggestion for any business action shall not liable Market World, Inc., or the provider of the content of the program with any associated audio, graphic or text information published.   Before entering into any business transaction, any business should use due diligence and consult with legal resources of the countries in which any business arrangements are made.

Privacy: With the exception of necessary communication in the interest of possible transactions in forms, Market World, Inc. does not collect information for the publication of re-distribution or for e-mail communications.  No business shall use the resources of Market World, Inc. for the collection of or cause distributions of information collected in association with Market World, Inc.  to be distributed to a third party, or used in postal mailing or Internet applications.  Contribution shall be at the disclosure of the User of any publisher or individual of any content on this or any other media as to the release of any information.  Publishers, in absence of any declaration to the contrary, declare they agree with this notice.  Publishers and users of Market World, Inc. published content, shall hold Market World, Inc. and any associated Affiliate or associated Agency blameless and void of any liability in the usage of any content published in any media.
